Your season-ticket is personal, and it you can not give or lend it to any other person. Your personal data must be written on it, together with the routes you are to use and the period of validity. The season-ticket must be obliterated when you get on the bus for the first time during the period of validity. It must be always kept with you while travelling, together with your
SAF photocard.
When you have to buy a season-ticket for the first time, you have to get the application form in an authorized outlet. Two recent photos on yours must be handed in with the form. You the will be given a temporary card stating your identity, which will be changed within 30 days and replaced by a definitive one. This will be valid for five years from the date printed on it. Only the outlet where the form was handed in can issue your definitive photocard.
If you already have your definitive card, you can renew it in any authorized outlet. If you own only a temporary card, you can renew the ticket only in the outlet where you handed in the application form.
Changing of the route:
It is possible to change the route to which your definitive photocard refers. To do so, you have to fill in the form you can find in the following offices:
UDINE – Railway Station Ticket-Office
V.le Europa Unita, 37 |
UDINE – City Ticket-Office
V.le Europa Unita, 95 |
TOLMEZZO – Coach-Station
Via Carnia Libera 1944, 20 |
The new photocard, with the new route, will be available within two working days in the ticket-office when the application was given in. It will have the same expiring date as the previous one. Your ticket anyway will be valid until its expiring date. Then, with your new photocard, you will be regularly able to buy the new ticket.
