You may bring with you without charge personal luggage that you are able to carry yourself provided that:

• You have a valid ticket with you
• You have not more than 2 bags
• The bags do not exceed the following dimensions: cm. 50 x 45 x 25

If your luggage is bigger than that or if you want to put your luggage in the coach-deposit, you may be required to pay a luggage ticket.

 

 

The luggage you bring in the bus/coach must be kept with you at all times and is under your own responsibility. If it injures people or damages items you will be charged a refund. On the contrary, luggage kept in the coach-deposit is under the responsibility of the driver (art.1683 Codice Civile).

  

Please keep your luggage and possessions with you at all times. SAF is not responsible for any valuable item, credit card, antiquities, art item, and so on, contained in you luggage. If you loose your luggage or part of it in SAF bus or coaches and in the company areas, you should phone as soon as possible the following free number: 800.915303

You can also go to the SAF Lost Property Office, in Udine, viale Palmanova, 219. Both the services work from Monday to Friday, in the morning from 8.30 to 12.30, in the afternoon from 14.30 to 17.30, and on Saturday morning from 8.30 to 12.30.
