Complaints

Both customers’ complaints and suggestions are very useful to find out how satisfactory SAF services are. They also give a good impulse to the control and improvement of the services.

Complaints and suggestions can be sent in the following ways:

When we are unable to provide a prompt reply to any report or complaint, SAF undertakes to respond within 20 working days from receipt thereof.

Customers are required to notify their name and address, and have to explain clearly what happened. The complaint should be accompanied by any information and documents that can help SAF Company in reconstructing the facts. SAF upholds customers’ right to privacy, according to the law (D.Lsg. 196/93 on behalf).
