All the property found on the buses, coaches, in stations and company areas is available in our Lost Property Office, in Udine, viale Palmanova n. 219. 
It is open from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 17.30 on Mondays to Fridays; on Saturdays from 8.30 to 12.30.

If you lose something please get in touch with the Lost Property Office, give in your name and address and all the information that can help us to find your property (date of loss, time, route…).

How we handle lost property is laid down in the Italian Civil Code (art. 927 and 929). After the due period it can be destroyed. After 30 days, valuable items are taken to the City Council Lost Property Office of Udine, while not valuable property is given to the poor. 

If the right owner claims his property, it will be immediately given back and he will be required to sign a receipt.
